Both Troy, Henry and I have survived 18 months of parenthood....and I have to admit it has not been bad at all....you hear all those horror stories and I honestly cannot relate.
I cannot believe how quickly it has gone by. Today we took Henry to the Doctor for a check up and he weighed in at 21 lbs 11 oz which puts him in the 3rd percentile and he is 32 inches long which puts him in the 25th percentile for height. He has done so well considering that he started out at just 3 lbs 11 oz and 17 inches long. He is growing like a weed and is turning into one active little man. Every moment that we spend with Henry is truly a blessing. He has filled our home with so much joy and laughter. We are so blessed to have him with us.
My brother Scott used to always tell me how much all he wanted to do was hang with his kids...and how much his kids were his best buddies. I now totally understand what he was saying. Because all of our time with Henry is an absolute blast.
